They're collector's bulbs. Never take then out of their seal. It will ruin their value!
Personally I get all my bulbs professionally graded and sealed in lucite. |

I am surprised this is allowed. Normally you can't bring agricultural products over borders, especially not plants. Is there a special exemption for the tulips?
