I was posting on mobile so i didn't get a chance to see what caused it other then post prep couldn't handle any thumb or quote from the site. The quote given was a bunch of broken html code for meta data tags and there was grey text about the image file not working. Unfortunately I couldn't read much since all three error lines were overlapping at at the top of the page.
