Seven room temp eggs; rolling boil; eight minutes Stir to make egg yolks centered Soak cold water (or yolk will cook) Strain, Shake in pot, Peel under water and shell comes off fairly easily Marinade Four dried anchovies (no head or guts) One garlic clove Half onion Soy sauce One chili 1/4 cup water Boil Strain Store in fridge up to a week
