The sad thing is, this is probably the most productive action that has been taken on Brexit in months.

So he can do this but kept his head down during the vote?
Is that it? |

I have randomly selected a spoon from this pile of freshly unpacked commercial-grade restaurant spoons purchased from my local restaurant supply store. If I hand it to Geller, and he bends it with his mind, then we can talk.
My money is on the spoon. |

Deciding to utilize your hand in bending the spoon is bending it with your mind.

He'll probably have conditioned you to pick a specific spoon from the pile, ensuring it's the right one.

He's really good at reading people and picking up cues.
I remembered that show with him and Chris "Mindfreak" Angel on it and Angel bet $1million to the world to guess what he wrote on a piece of paper, which he'll open at the last episode. Uri guessed it, but was stopped short from saying Criss angel Gets owned by Uri geller !!! |

If there was any legitimate likelihood of this working (telepathically manipulating a world leader), he'd be snapped up by some government and/or criminal organization and put to work for espionage.
It's like xkcd's point about dowsing and remote viewing: if they worked, the oil industry would be using them. |
