Sick Woman Theory

quote [ So, as I lay there, unable to march, hold up a sign, shout a slogan that would be heard, or be visible in any traditional capacity as a political being, the central question of Sick Woman Theory formed: How do you throw a brick through the window of a bank if you can’t get out of bed? ]

Some rather hefty reading highlighting interesting views on inclusion.

The photography looks like the amateur portfolio of a goth friend trying to get hired as a model, a topic I don't want to return to, and made me barely skim the article.

When I did, I started to see the typical Tumblr mainstays, like ableism and such, and when it started to mention women being misdiagnosed at the doctor's, I realized I was once again tricked into reading Tumblr and left.

It's possible I didn't get the overarching point.

wow, surprised the author's bio can stay on the page given the weight of all the baggage attached:

'Johanna Hedva is an anticapitalist psychonaut sorceress who strives to practice an intersectional-feminist, queer, anti-white-supremacist, decolonial politics. They are a fourth-generation Los Angelena on their mother’s side, and, on their father’s side, the grandchild of a woman who escaped from North Korea. Check out their work on their website.'
