quote [ Paul Manafort, formerly President Donald Trump's campaign chairman, is expected to plead guilty to two counts, a federal conspiracy charge that accused him of money laundering, tax fraud, and lying to investigators, as well as a count of conspiracy to obstruct justice, according to a document filed in federal court.
A charging document filed Friday in the District of Columbia outlines accuses Manafort, 69, of participating in a conspiracy against the United States — money laundering, tax fraud, failing to file Foreign Bank Account Reports, violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act, and lying and misrepresenting to the Department of Justice. ] Meh - just a low level coffee boy. Trump never even heard of him.

Paul Manafort has agreed to cooperate with Robert Mueller
Paul Manafort flipped. The former Trump campaign chair appeared in court in Washington on Friday and pleaded guilty to a reduced set of charges. And as part of his plea deal with special counsel Robert Mueller’s team, prosecutors said, Manafort agreed to cooperate with the investigation. It’s enormously important news for the Russia investigation. Many have long speculated that the special counsel’s main aim in charging Manafort with financial and lobbying crimes was to pressure him to “flip” — so he’d agree to provide information related to their true concern of whether the Trump campaign conspired with Russia to interfere with the election. Now, it’s happened. |

We don't know the details of the "flip." It might just be corroborating other evidence. Maybe a few years off his sentence.
I'll wait until I see the actionable results. |

This is the first witness into the Trump Tower meeting. This puts Jr. right in the crosshairs. It will also go a long way to determine what Trump knew and when he knew it.
