A senior House Republican...makes the best case for a Democratic house takeover so far.

And now there's this - Trump warned evangelical leaders of ‘violence’ from the left if Republicans lose the midterms

In a closed-door meeting with evangelical leaders, President Trump on Monday warned of “violence” from the left if Democrats retake control of Congress in November, according to multiple reports.

The comments, which mark an escalation of Trump’s rhetoric, come amid deepening investigations into the president’s associates as well as a midterm battle that is entering its crucial final months.

“They will overturn everything that we’ve done, and they’ll do it quickly and violently, and violently,” Trump told the assembled leaders at the White House dinner, according to reports Tuesday by NBC News and the New York Times. “There’s violence. When you look at antifa, and you look at some of these groups — these are violent people.”

Speaking of the church and violence - what's the child molestation count up to now with these brainwashed fucks?

This is the strategy for the midterms...
They are coming for our (fill in the blank)
The (other ) is going to come and kill you and rape your wife.
The Antia is going to burn down you town
They are going to impeach Trump and take away your choice for president!!

Fear...it is all they have got.

This is not from a Republican strategy note this is the 52 subpoena requests Democrat have already asked for and the the GOP has turned a deaf ear to.

Here Are The 52 Trump Investigations That Democrats Plan If They Win The Midterms Donald Trump’s business, Jared Kushner’s conflicts and the census citizenship question would all be immediately examined.

There should be no congressional Republicans

I would be happy if they just turned over the gavel, the checkbook and subpoena power.

Would you be happy to rid your home of half its termites? If you waited a few years and did it again, but there were more? Then a few years later you gladly cleared out half and there were still more? How long until the house falls.

Well you see That gets to the problem I have with a lot of people here politically...that ain't freakin possible. People around here talk as if they have a magic wand or fairy dust in some cases. Maybe you have never been to Kansas or Mississippi, but they get to vote too.

I'm not saying it's possible, only that I see no other solution so have been preparing for the worse. Otherwise, if we again get lucky and somehow slip through yet another cycle, I'll be better prepared for the next, then expecting worse with this damage not yet fully repaired.

After all of the speeches I've gotten from the 3rd way types now the the primaries are coming to a close about unity are just calls to get in line like this one on this link
I’m all for you Mr. Gillum, but tone down the Bernie factor. Obama and Clinton are real DEMS.

I keep having to remind them that this

fdr

is the true legacy of the Democratic party. And that the 3rd way Clinton corporate Democrats is a recent fanomenon and is contrary to the working man roots of the party.

I agree there should be a truce now until after the general election, but I also have to remind them a truce is a two way agreement and if they start diverting funds and resources away from progressive candidates and into races where the right wing Democrats are behind that the truce is off and it is back to the rooftops.

And this Florida election is eerily similar to the 2016 presidential election, but with the shoe on the other foot. The opponent here is not just another Republican he is the scum of the earth. It will be interesting to see if the black women's and Latino vote will be on board or if they just stay home much like some Greens did in 2016.

I imagine the Black women will show seeing as this is the first time a black person has the chance to be the Governor of Florida. The Latinos is a bigger question and seeing as you are there maybe you can give me a better sense of the attitude. first there are suppose to be a large group of Puerto Ricans that have moved to Florida are they going to be a force statewide or just in few local districts? And the Miami based Cuban population are they still as anti Communist as before and does that carry over to the Russian involvement in the GOP?

Trump Accuses Google Of Rigging Search Results To Feature ‘Bad’ News About Him He said the search engine is suppressing conservative and “fair” voices.

The “Fake New Media,” according to Trump’s early Tuesday tweets, makes up “96 percent” of the news displayed in Google’s search for “Trump News.” He accused the search engine of not including Republican, Conservative and “Fair” media, a practice he dubbed illegal.

He threatened that the situation “will be addressed.”

Trump’s Trade Deal About Nothing

The deal – which is still far from done, needing the approval of Congress and probably the involvement of a reluctant Canada –mainly lets Trump pretend to have blown up Nafta without really blowing it up. And that is about the best one can say about it, write Bloomberg’s editors: “Rebranding Nafta is better than pulling it apart – but if this modified accord with Mexico is the best Trump can do, it would have been less disruptive, and better for the U.S. economy, to have left well enough alone."

Really - the only thing I've seen from the WH so far is "we are changing the name" and "Canada better get on board or else." Same BS as always from the oval office - no details, just trash talking and back-patting over semantics. Sounds like all hat no cattle.

I fell pretty weird about this...Trump has not done..anything...that I would consider a success let alone good policy, but everything I hear about this trade deal has been good.

I keep waiting for the hook.

Now don't get me wrong. These people can't walk and chew gum hell they usually choke on the the gum and fall on their ass. They have 5 days until the new president takes over in Mexico, this has to be approved in the congress and Canada was not even consulted...so a lot can go wrong.

Trump doesn't understand trade even the simplest of concepts like trade deficits he has proved his ignorance. But the terms of this agreement sound good...better than NAFTA.

President Trump announces trade deal with Mexico

But like the WSJ I am waiting on the fine print to make my judgement but this is just weird , good policy coming out of the Trump Whitehouse?.

Maybe Trump thought the president of FIFA was actually the president of Mexico.

Some more progressive good news...

California Just Abolished Cash Bail The governor said the controversial bill ensures “that rich and poor alike are treated fairly.”

It is yet to be seen if this system will be abused but it is a step in the right direction.
