Boston Dynamics will start selling its dog-like SpotMini robot in 2019

I still think we're going to see a form of drone wars between the people (organized crime, activists, etc) and law enforcement. I'm sure we'll see these guys or some variant on the front lines.

There’s not just one guy, but hopefully they’ll find our YouTube videos cute and slowly poison us instead.

Fascinating. The one area that intrigued me was the the robot could not or would not walk down the stairs forward. If you watch cats walk downstairs, they are clearly uncomfortable with the idea but they don't have all their knee joints backwards so have a little easier time.
