You know what sucks? Having a brand new Oculus Rift with touch controllers sitting there unboxed. Oculus won't support my old ass CPU. And I can't afford a new rig right now. I had the thought today that a laptop might be the way to go, as the damn crypto miners don't use those, generally, I'm guessing. Plus then I could demo VR anywhere.

I was about to suggest a GTX 1050, which I got for Vive and seems to do the job perfectly well despite being less than the recommended spec. But I just noticed that they are going for 9% more than last year...

Good to know, I've got the 1050ti and I've been watching those windows Mixed Reality headsets floating around for $200-$250. Very tempting.
