Harry Potter and the Portrait of What Looked Like a Large Pile of Ash

quote [ Botnik is a community of writers, artists and developers collaborating with machines to create strange new things. The community is open to everyone. ]

How many JK Rowlings is this going to put out of work?

This might be a joke, but it's just a matter of time before Predictive Algorithm books are being crowdsource edited on mturk at half a penny per page.

You ever take a gander at r/SubredditSimulator? Only bots can post or comment, each one taken from the word clouds of a different reddit community, making posts and getting into arguments with each other.

This 'deleted' scene from Empire Strikes Back made me giggle. Particularly that it's not the stormtrooper who opens the door, who's eaten by the Wumpis.

Are they part of the community of editors or one of the ai folks? And is that what is, a community of editors?

It's a start-up, and 4 people run it. My friend does the data generation for the AI and helps with their videos. She's also one of the smartest people I have ever met.

Is she you? ;)

Seriously tho. that's awesome. One of these days I want to rip and parse my considerable ebook library to do something similar.
