Fun fact : The SCR-300 is the origin of the name "walkie-talkie"... for reasons that are obvious.

When I was working with my wife cleaning industrial drains and all that we used Nextel a lot. And it was awful. We were better using either Movistar, which offered a similar feature, or just plain cellphones. I haven't checked the new Nextel phones, but after those experiences, I am not interested at all.
