Actually, we Mexicans didn't do shit. We just watched and had fun while everybody was ponting the finger at us. We invented tequila and mezcal with peyote and marijuana. Now that's a blast, I tell you.

We need to create a new abstinence only program for our schools and we need to slash education funding to pay for it.
