He can't fire Mueller unless he changes the law.
"Only the deputy attorney general who appointed Mueller can fire him and only for cause. But Trump could fire the DAG, or order the special-counsel regulations repealed and fire Mueller himself."

The other weird thing is the DAG could have to recuse himself...moving the decision to the next in line...not sure of her name but she is a carer justice person. The right leaning news outlets are getting all excited about this Briebart has the story on the front page.
