Yes, that bit is common knowledge. But no more than a quart bag at a time, and never above the waist. He makes a point of this. He's actually quite the germophobe.

They're counting the votes now. I don't have high hopes given how dirty amazon was being. Illegal post office boxes, massive billboards with misinformation, manipulating the timing of traffic lights to mess with canvassing efforts, etc...
