Generally I love the kitchenaide. I got a floormodel. You can score some old ones for around 80 usd at garage sales.

I have the pasta/tomato strainer/meat grinder & sausage stuffer/vegetable skinner attachments.

my go-to are pasta and meat grinder. the sausage stuffer kind of sucks. haven't used the tomato one or veggie skinner (I use it to skin daikon and pickle the sheets) enough to judge.

The meat grinder finally split near the back. I used it a lot. generally just keep the meat refrigerator cool.

it's great for creams and doughs as well. I usually do no-kneed though. use it a lot for pizza dough so i can walk away a bit.
