It says that a court can take away a person's right to own a gun without any prior notification (like no way for them to say it isn't true or get a lawyer or whatever) based one a letter from any of those people. Imagine if this was for any other right?

I decided to delete my post. I don't want to get into an argument about that law. And you are probably right. It probably isn't a big deal.
