Still illegal to sell without an ffl in most states. It is still a gun. You just made it at home. No different then if I machine one in my garage.

These actually are harder to make (so far) then a 80% glock. So they will probably never be sold on the streets in this form. Plus all the illegal guns I've personally come across have been super crazy shit. Machine guns and sub machine guns. Because if you are a felon committing a felony you might as well get what you want.
