Trump may be an ignorant jackass, but he knows what he's doing. It's no accident that his choice for Supreme Court is the one who said that Presidents should be immune from criminal investigations. Meanwhile such fine 'liberal' institutions as the NY Times and the Washington Post continue to debate the proper arrangement of deck chairs on the Titanic.

It doesn't mean anything, because like the North Korea deal it didn't happen. The European members of NATO said they're going to increase their spending to 2% of GDP by 2024 - exactly as they already agreed to do when Obama was President.
