And I am real tired of the Dems acting like there is anything they can do to stop Trump from appointing a new Justice on the SCOTUS...that fight was lost in 2016. The very best we can hope for is we get one who recuse himself on Trumps legal problems..even that's a stretch.

But this is why I think it is imperative that Mueller subpoena Trump BEFORE a new justice is seated to put Trump in some legal jeopardy before the confirmation hearings.
