Winamp’s woes: How the greatest MP3 player undid itself

That article Brings back bad memories of when I worked for SUN back in the early 2k's. MP3.com had their main research research and dev facility literally a block from us, and I always seem to get a never ending stream of pain in the ass PEBCAK related service tickets oozing forth from that unorganized pile of brick and morter.
